Elise Attal

Elise joined Green Alliance in September 2011 to provide research support for the Climate and Energy Futures theme and assist on other Green Alliance themes. With Dustin Benton she manages the climate and energy steering group working on Electricity Market Reform, low carbon growth, renewable energies and carbon capture and storage.

She was previously a junior policy analyst on energy and environmental issues at the French Embassy based in London. She co-ordinated ministerial visits and contributed to several reports and case studies including a research paper on environmental taxation in the UK, published by the French Senate in 2009.

Elise holds an MSc from King’s College, London in public policy and management and a dual masters degree in public administration and economics from the University of Kent and Sciences Po Lille.
