EU Commissioner Connie Hedegaard delivered a keynote speech at our upcoming debate on EU 2030. The publication of the EU commission’s Green Paper on a 2030 Climate and Energy Framework, has created much debate on the future of Europe’s climate and energy policy. This event looked at the business case for a strong European policy in this area and what the 2030 package should contain.
